1. Best route from the nearest railway station
Krishnarajapuram (KJM) – the closest commuter hub at ~8 km.
By cab/auto (≈ 20 min): Leave KR Puram toward Old Madras Rd → turn right onto Outer Ring Rd (ORR) → continue past Tin Factory, Bagmane Tech Park & Karthik Nagar → at Marathahalli Bridge keep left for the service lane → 200 m ahead, Anand Arcade (Ground Floor, No 505/1) appears on the left.
By BMTC bus (₹15, every 5 min): From B Narayanapura Ring Rd stop board any 500-series or K-10 bus toward Marathahalli; hop off at Multiplex/Bridge – store is a 3-min walk.
2. Best route from the airport
Kempegowda Int’l (BLR) – ~46 km, 40-50 min off-peak.
By car: Airport Exit Rd → NH 44 south → Hebbal flyover → follow ORR east past Tin Factory → over Mahadevapura & Kadubeesanahalli flyovers → exit at Marathahalli Bridge loop, immediate left into service lane for Anand Arcade.
By Vayu Vajra (KIA-8, air-conditioned, every ~30 min): Board at airport bay 7 → ride to Marathahalli Bridge stop (₹265) → walk 250 m to the showroom.
3. Landmark everyone recognises
Marathahalli Bridge Junction – the six-lane ORR overpass that anchors the suburb’s shopping strip; just say “Marathahalli Bridge, next to Anand Arcade” and every driver will know.
