1. Design Consultation

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Share your design idea through our online form or upload a reference image.
• Our design experts will reach out to discuss your vision, including gold purity, diamond preference, style, and budget.
• A ₹2000 designing fee will be charged before initiating the design process. This amount will be adjusted in the final billing if the order is confirmed.
• If the order is not finalized, this fee is not refundable and will be retained to cover the time, effort, and expertise of our design team.

2. Quotation & Approval

• Based on your preferences, we will provide a detailed quotation, including estimated timelines.
• Once you approve the design and quote, a 70% advance payment will be required to initiate the process.

3. Crafting Your Jewellery

• Our master craftsmen will create your piece with precision and care. Regular updates, including 3D renders or work-in-progress images, will be shared to ensure alignment with your expectations.

Our goal is to make your shopping experience delightful, flexible, and always rewarding.

4. Delivery

• Upon completion, we will conduct a final quality check and a HD video of the product will be shared with you.
• The remaining balance will need to be settled before the piece is dispatched.
• In case you wish you can get the delivery at your nearest Kohira showroom and pay the balance in the showroom.

1. Eligibility

• Customization is available for gold and Lab Grown Diamond-studded jewellery and gemstone-studded pieces.

2. Timeline

• Custom orders typically take 4-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
• Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

3. Non-Refundable Advance

• The 70% advance is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of design and gold and diamonds procurement.

4. Final Payment

• The remaining payment must be cleared before the final product is shipped or handed over.

5. Warranty

• All customized pieces are covered under Kohira’s warranty for manufacturing defects and are eligible for exchange or buyback at any Kohira showroom.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are advised to provide accurate specifications, including ring sizes, engraving text, and material preferences.
