1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to customers across India and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@kohira.com for assistance.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Customized and made-to-order jewelry may take 7-14 business days for production before shipping.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• India:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
• International:
• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• India: Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. Orders below ₹5,000 may have a nominal shipping charge displayed at checkout.
• International: Shipping charges vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, as per the destination country’s laws.
• Kohira Diamonds is not responsible for these additional charges.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check and comply with local regulations before placing an order.

7. Undelivered & Returned Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to pay customs duties, reshipping charges will apply.
• No refunds will be issued. Instead, customers will receive Kohira Coins equal to the value of the product (₹1 = 1 Kohira Coin), redeemable on future purchases.
• We also offer a 7-day No-Questions-Asked Exchange Policy, allowing exchanges for other items of equal or greater value within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Kohira Diamonds is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or carrier issues.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• At Kohira Diamonds, we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely, including securing comprehensive insurance coverage for all shipments.
• In the event that your order is lost during transit, we will promptly initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the status of your shipment. Upon confirmation of loss from the carrier, we will process a refund to you within 48 hours and subsequently file a claim with our insurance provider to recover the loss.
• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@kohira.com with clear images of both the packaging and the damaged product. We will assess the situation and, based on the findings, offer either a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
• Our commitment to customer satisfaction ensures that all claims are handled swiftly and fairly, with the support of our robust insurance coverage.
