3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• EMI & Financing: Available on select purchases, subject to eligibility and terms.

• 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Exchange:
• Jewelry can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery with original packaging, certification, and receipt.
• Full exchange value (100%) for Gold & Diamond based on prevailing market rates.
• Lifetime Exchange Policy:
• Gold Value: 100% of prevailing market value
• Diamond Value: 100% of prevailing market value
• Gemstone Value: 70% of prevailing market value
• Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Altered or damaged jewelry (not by Kohira Diamonds)
• Worn or modified jewelry failing our quality inspection

6. WARRANTY & REPAIRS

• 1-Year Warranty : Covers manufacturing defects (materials & craftsmanship). Does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Lifetime Refinishing : Buffing, polishing, and minor repairs available at nominal charges.
• Ring Resizing : Available for select designs.
• Post-Warranty Repairs : Assessed case-by-case; charges vary.
